Our role

The Lion Coverage Provider is a comparison service. We forward the details you provide to carriers and agencies licensed to sell insurance, and to marketing partners, any of whom may reach out with quotes. Insurer, agent, broker: we are none of these. We don't underwrite, bind, issue or administer policies, and we play no part in deciding claims.

No advice, and quotes are not offers

We offer no tax, legal, financial or insurance advice, and nothing here should be read that way. A quote is a third party's estimate built from the information supplied and does not amount to an offer of insurance. Your final premium is set by the insurer after its own underwriting and checks on your details, so it may differ. Prices, discounts, coverage choices and eligibility rules change from partner to partner and state to state, and the lowest advertised rates won't be available to every driver.

Your submissions

You confirm that what you submit is accurate and is about you, and that you are an adult (18 or older) with the legal capacity to sign a contract. Entering another person's details without their consent, or information you know to be false, breaches these terms.

Consent to be contacted

The consent wording on the quote form lists the partners who may contact you once you submit it; how they may do so is described both in that wording and in our privacy policy. Giving that consent is never required to make a purchase, and you can take it back at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• No scraping, data harvesting or bulk copying of pages or content.
• No attempts to disrupt the site, flood it with automated requests or reach areas you are not authorized to access.
• No reselling or republishing the site's content, and no presenting it as your own work.

Other companies and sites

Partners, and other third-party sites we link to or send you to, answer for their own content, offers and privacy practices. If you take out a policy, the agreement is yours with the issuing carrier or agency alone; The Lion Coverage Provider has no part in that agreement.

Availability

Keeping every page online and correct is our goal, not a guarantee. Features and pages may be changed, paused or retired at any time without notice.

Ownership

We, or the parties who license material to us, own the text, design and other content of this site. Brand names of other businesses that appear here remain their owners' property and do not signal any endorsement or affiliation.

Liability

Where the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss of any kind. The same applies to loss caused by relying on this site, a quote, a coverage choice or a partner's actions.

Revisions

We may revise these terms. Whichever version appears on this page at the time is the one that applies.
