Stopping calls and texts
Text STOP in reply to any message and the texts will end. When a partner calls, tell the caller you want no further calls; partners have to honor that. If you would rather we stopped contacting you, email us and include your phone number plus the email address used on the quote form.
Partners that were already matched with you apply their own privacy policies to your details, so reach out to them directly if you would like their contact to end as well. On request, we will name every partner that received your information.
Your data requests
Write to us by email if you want to know which personal details we keep on you, receive a copy, have them corrected or erased, or refuse their sale or their use in targeted advertising. Say which request you are making, and send it from the email address you used on the form (or quote the phone number you gave) so we can locate your record. Our privacy policy sets out these rights in more detail.
What we can't do
- Buying, adjusting or canceling cover is handled by the carrier or agency, not by us.
- Claims, renewals and bills go to your insurer, whose number is printed on your policy paperwork.
- For a recommendation on what cover to buy, talk to an insurance professional licensed where you live.
